FREE Weekly Mindful Hiking Series in Boulder, CO
Looking for a way to stay grounded as the seasons change?
We lead weekly hikes that focus on sensory exploration and reclaiming a sense of wonder, along with finding stillness and peace of mind.
During these easy to moderate treks, we’ll take time to meditate, move mindfully, and open our awareness to the world around us. Think of Boulder Open Space as your nature-based meditation studio.
You’ll connect with nature and community, and learn practices you can do on your own. Start your Saturday mornings feeling centered and complete!
LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, neurodivergence, disability, age, and diversity in all of its forms welcomed and encouraged.
