Barbora Dolejšová (she/her/hers), MA, LCP — Therapist and Coach

Welcome! I’m so grateful to get to support you on your path. Becoming a therapist has been and continues to be one of my greatest homecomings. I find such deep joy and satisfaction in reflecting your worthiness back to you so that you feel it deep in your bones. In watching you step into your wild power and your aliveness. In witnessing your healing and empowerment ripple out into your ecosystem of relationships, your contributions to your world.

In your healing journey, I will show up for you solidly and consistently, creating the container of trust that healing requires. As you take in the nourishment of being held with deep care and honor, you will cultivate new qualities of presence in how you show up for yourself and your people.

In our culture, it can be difficult to find support where you can be seen and supported in your fullest expression and complexity. I am committed to being that space for you, where you can show up just as you are. Together, we will support you to come home into your body and your aliveness, and learn to partner with all of your emotions, including grief, shame, anger, joy, and more.

I practice a relationship-centered approach to therapy that takes into account social location, power dynamics, and oppression. I am not in the business of teaching people how to fit into narrow standards that in so many ways do not fundamentally support our humanity. Instead, I help you listen deeply and trust your own body’s wisdom to create your own definition of a thriving life and healthy relationships.

My work weaves together a myriad of modalities and is primarily grounded in somatic & trauma-informed psychotherapy, attachment theory, depth work, and nature-based psychotherapy. I am also informed by DBT, ACT, MI, IFS, and mindfulness. I work with a variety of issues, including relationship challenges, pregnancy & postpartum, trauma, grief, life transitions, body image, depression, and spirituality.

Through our work together, you will become a clearer conduit for the gifts only you can access, so that you can contribute meaningfully to building the kind of world that you want to live in. Ultimately, I am here to support you in creating the life you know, deep down in your bones, you were meant to be living.
